High-Frequency Induction Heating Equipment, Super-Audio Induction Heater
Shenqiu Yongda High-Frequency Equipment Co., Ltd. is committed to creating products that are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, safe, and highly effective. We regard brand building as a key strategic initiative, using quality to establish our brand and leveraging the brand to continuously enhance product quality. Our company’s miniature high-frequency induction heating power supplies are equipped with electronic components sourced from internationally renowned brands such as Siemens (Germany), Fuji (Japan), and Motorola. These products stand out for their compact design, lightweight construction, exceptional energy efficiency, ease of operation, convenient installation, outstanding reliability, and eco-friendly features—alongside offering excellent after-sales service that has earned us the trust of our customers.
High-frequency induction heating equipment and medium-frequency induction heating equipment, among others, offer numerous advantages, such as:
1) The workpiece does not require overall heating; instead, it can be selectively heated locally, resulting in lower energy consumption and minimal workpiece deformation.
2) Fast heating speeds allow workpieces to reach the desired temperature in a remarkably short time—often within just one second. This minimizes surface oxidation and decarburization, making gas protection unnecessary for most components.
3) The surface hardening layer can be adjusted by modifying the device's operating frequency and power as needed, resulting in a finer martensitic structure with enhanced hardness, strength, and toughness.
4) After heat treatment via induction heating, the workpiece exhibits a thick, tough zone beneath the hardened surface layer, resulting in favorable compressive residual stresses that significantly enhance both the fatigue resistance and fracture toughness of the component.
5) The heating equipment is easy to install on the production line, readily lends itself to mechanization and automation, simplifies management, and effectively reduces transportation costs, saves labor, and boosts overall production efficiency.
6) Multi-functional operation: It can perform various heat treatment processes such as quenching, annealing, tempering, normalizing, and stress-relief treatments, as well as tasks like welding, melting, hot assembly, hot disassembly, and thermal forming.
7) Easy to use, simple to operate, and can be started or stopped at any time—no preheating required.
8) It supports manual operation as well as semi-automatic and fully automatic modes; it can operate continuously for extended periods or be used flexibly—turned on and off as needed. This makes it ideal for leveraging favorable, low-electricity-rate periods during off-peak hours.
9) High energy efficiency, environmentally friendly and energy-saving, safe and reliable, with excellent working conditions for employees.
Applications of high-frequency induction heating equipment:
1. Heat forging, hot rolling, and annealing/heating of metal materials for various standard parts, fasteners, mechanical components, hardware tools, and straight-shank twist drills. Examples include: steel tube drawing; heating wire and steel wire for nail production; annealing and shaping of stainless steel products.
2. Perform surface, internal bore, localized, or full-quenching treatments on various metal components—including hardware tools, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic elements, as well as automotive and motorcycle parts. Examples include hammers, knives, scissors, pliers, and a wide range of shafts, cams, sprockets, gears, valves, ball joints, large machine tool guideways, and ductile iron components.
3. Brazing of various cemented carbide tool tips, including turning tools, milling cutters, planers, reamers, diamond saw blades, and serrated edges; welding of grinding tools, drilling tools, and cutting implements; as well as composite welding of metallic materials such as brass, red copper, and stainless steel pot bases.
4. Metal Melting: Melting gold, silver, copper, and more.
5. Heating films for aluminum-plastic tubes, cables, and wires in other heating applications; aluminum foil sealing used in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
