400kW ultra-audio induction heating equipment successfully installed and commissioned.
Our company successfully installed a 400kW medium-frequency induction heating system.
Applications of induction heating equipment:
1. Heat Forming: Hot upsetting, hot rolling, and annealing/heating of metal materials for various standard parts, fasteners, mechanical components, hardware tools, and straight-shank twist drills. Examples include: steel tube drawing; heating wire and steel wire for nail production; annealing and shaping of stainless steel products.
2. Heat Treatment: Surface, internal bores, localized areas, or entire components of various hardware tools, as well as mechanical metal parts such as electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, automotive and motorcycle accessories. Examples include hammers, knives, scissors, pliers, and a wide range of shafts, cams, sprockets, gears, valves, ball pins, large machine tool guideways, and ductile iron components—all undergoing processes like quenching.
3. Brazing: Welding of various cemented carbide inserts, turning tools, milling cutters, planers, reamers, diamond saw blades, and serrated edges; bonding of grinding tools, drilling tools, and cutting implements; as well as composite welding of metallic materials such as brass, copper, and stainless steel pot bottoms.
4. Metal Melting: Melting gold, silver, copper, and more.
5. Other heating applications: Heating and coating for aluminum-plastic tubes, cables, and wires; sealing with aluminum foil used in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
Packaging for induction heating equipment: domestically, packed in standard cardboard boxes; for international shipments, we use export-standard wooden crates, securely filled with plastic foam to ensure waterproofing and shock protection. Additionally, the package includes essential accessories such as the induction coil, foot switch, and detailed installation and operation instructions.
