High-Frequency Furnace – Applications in Melting
Customer requirement: Melt copper, 250 kg at a time.
This equipment is a specialized induction heating device designed specifically for melting. The heating component utilizes crucible heating, and considering both the inherent wear and tear of the machine itself and potential power-efficiency issues, we’ve chosen a 100 kW induction heating unit as the power source. Its primary function is to heat brass workpieces to the desired temperature, enabling them to melt smoothly.
Equipment operating environment
1. Power supply: AC 380V
2. Compressed air: 0.4–0.6 MPa
3. Environmental Conditions: Temperature: 5–40°C, Relative Humidity: ≤70%
4. Cooling water inlet temperature: 5–35°C; Cooling water outlet temperature: ≤55°C
5. Cooling water pressure: 0.20–0.30 MPa
6. Water supply rate: 60 m³/h
7. Cooling water quality requirements: pH: 7–8.5 Total hardness: ≤10° (where 1° equals 10 mg of CaO per liter of water)
