The control panel for the WZP-160/85KW high-frequency induction heating equipment
The machine itself comes equipped with numerous protective features, including ten alarm indicators such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, high water temperature, low water level, and phase failure. When any of these lights illuminate, the machine immediately stops heating to prevent further damage—remaining in this state until the underlying issue is resolved.
Cooling water system for the WZP-160/85kW high-frequency induction heating equipment (customer-provided):
Pump: 0.75–1.5 kW
Build a pool or weld a tank: 3.5 CBM
