During sales

(1) Manufacture strictly according to the relevant technical standards.

(2) Run a test operation according to the relevant equipment testing procedures.

(3) Rigorous inspection before products leave the factory.

(4) Arrange shipment promptly according to the contract.

 

After-sales

(1) Free assignment of after-sales service personnel to arrive on-site, guiding customers through installation and debugging, conducting trial runs, and providing hands-on training to operators.

(2) One-year equipment warranty (excluding damage caused by normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or improper operation), for domestic customers.

(3) Free guidance provided to users on techniques for processing various workpieces and manufacturing different types of sensors.

(4) During the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions, our company guarantees to promptly arrive on-site upon receiving a call from the user, troubleshoot the issue, and ensure the user’s normal production operations continue without interruption.

(5) During the warranty period, any internal component of the machine will be replaced free of charge. A detailed record is maintained for each product sold, ensuring lifetime repair services to give customers peace of mind.
